Rob and Kristen are staying in Baton Rouge together. It's (logically) a secluded property. Kristen is currently in New York for Welcome to the Rileys promotion and will return to Baton Rouge later in the week.
Check out Kristen in New York for a screening of Welcome to the Rileys on Monday the 18th and Regis and Kelly on Tuesday the 19th.
It looks like Rob and Kristen will be travelling to Brazil midweek to start filming Isle Esme scenes. Not confirmed but mentioned by BD cast-member Julia Jones.
